Advantage Resourcing, one of largest technical and professional services companies in the world, announces today a key acquisition in the United Kingdom.

Advantage Technical Resourcing has completed the acquisition of Atlan Resource Solutions, headquartered in Winchester, one of the UK’s premier technical resource and solutions providers.

The acquisition includes all of Atlan’s current operations with offices in Winchester, London and Sale, including an additional 100,000 sq feet of managed hosting and data centre operations in the UK.

Brian Higgins and Ashley Haworth of Rickitt Mitchell advised the shareholders of Atlan Resource Solutions on the sale of the company to Advantage Technical Resourcing.
