Rickitt Mitchell is one of the UK’s leading corporate financial advisors, acting as lead advisor on a range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, MBIs, refinancings and fund raisings. The firm currently has a 7-strong professional team, made up of 4 experienced Partners and 3 Associate Directors. Increasing demand has identified a need for an addition to the professional team, and the firm is looking to interview qualified Chartered Accountants with a view to recruiting at the Corporate Finance Executive level.
 

Role:

The successful candidate will form an integral part of a closely knit team, gaining hands-on experience of M&A transactions at the highest level. Specific elements of the role will initially include: 

• Research activities
• Preparation of presentations to potential new clients
• Preparation of sales memoranda
• Financial modelling
• Project management, including coordination of other professional advisors
• Working closely with Partners and Associate Directors during deal negotiations
   

Given the transactional nature of the work, candidates should be aware that the workload will vary, and will often require flexibility in terms of working hours.
