Business baker's dozen for Rickitt Mitchell and NCC Group

Manchester-based Rickitt Mitchell has acted as lead corporate finance advisor for NCC Group for a record thirteenth time in only seven years, adding up to a £135m business baker's dozen.
The recent acquisition of Atlanta-based Escrow Associates for £5.9m joins a range of other high profile deals including the acquisition of Recall's US escrow business in 2005, Site Confidence and SecureTest in 2007, Escrow Europe and NGS in 2008, and SDLC and iSec in 2010.
Rickitt Mitchell also acted as joint financial adviser to NCC Group on its £60m AiM flotation in July 2004, and the company's subsequent admission to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange in July 2007.
