We do not charge for initial discussions and fees payable are usually linked to the successful completion of a transaction.

What we do

• Gain a thorough understanding of the business, commercially and financially, including its strengths and weaknesses and the markets in which it operates
• Prepare a detailed information memorandum and financial forecasts, describing the business and its prospects, for potential purchasers
• Advise on the best presentation of the financial information in the context of current market and banking practice.
• Compile a prioritised list of potential trade and financial buyers in the UK and overseas
• Discreetly locate, contact and sift potential purchasers
• Negotiate with potential purchasers and advise on the detailed terms of offers received
• Co-ordinate the efforts of all advisers, limiting the amount of management time which has to be diverted
