After reading History at Churchill College, Cambridge, Matthew qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche in Manchester in 1996.

He joined Rickitt Mitchell in 1997 and since then has worked on a full range of transactions including disposals, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, development capital, rights issues and public to privates.

In particular, Matthew has experience in the retail, textiles, import and distribution, support services and manufacturing sectors.
