Neil graduated with a degree in Pharmacology (with industrial placement at SmithKlineBeecham) from the University of Leeds in 2000. He then joined Pricewaterhousecoopers' Leeds office where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in its assurance and business advisory department. Neil also spent six months on secondment in the corporate recovery department.

Neil joined Rickitt Mitchell in 2004 and has worked on private company disposals, MBOs/MBIs, development capital fundraisings, public company documents and private equity backed deals.

In particular, Neil has worked on transactions in the healthcare, software, distribution, engineering and education sectors.
