Stuart is Managing Partner of Rickitt Mitchell and for over 25 years has successfully provided expert corporate finance advice on a range of mid-market transactions. In 2021 he was listed in the Northwest Business Insider's Professional Power List, selected as one of the 30 most influential figures across accountancy, law and private equity.

Stuart has spent as much time on the buy-side as he has on the sell-side and has developed an in-depth knowledge of buyer and seller motivations and the many ways in which successful deals can be structured. He has worked extensively on cross-border transactions and during a 10-year period led a team that completed 20 acquisitions in the US and Europe for UK based international cyber security consultancy NCC Group plc, contributing to a peak market capitalization of £1 billion. 

Stuart is a Management Science graduate of the University of Manchester and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.

Neil has advised shareholders and management teams on a wide range of transactions, including; MBO’s, disposals, acquisitions, private equity investment and IPO’s. Deals acted on include; the £80m flotation of Van Elle Holdings Plc, the £49m disposal of Fredericks Dairies, the acquisition of Dutch owned Wight Salads Limited by APS Group to form a £100m+ turnover business, the dual fundraising from private equity investor BGF and a €1bn revenue European Corporate into APS Group, the £21m flotation of Instem plc and subsequent three bolt-on acquisitions and the £130m IPO of DJI Holdings plc. 

Neil leads the UK market efforts, on behalf of M&A Worldwide, in the Healthcare and Food & Beverage sectors, operating with experts in 35 countries across 6 continents.  He is also Chairman of a fast growing private equity backed technology business.

Neil was recognised as one of the most influential figures across financial and professional services in the North West Business Insider’s 2022 Professional Power List, having previously won the Insider Young Dealmaker of the year. Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC, having previously worked at SmithKline Beecham.

Kaine qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY, before joining Rickitt Mitchell in 2013. He possesses extensive experience across a variety of transaction types, including public flotations, private disposals, fundraises, acquisitions and private equity investments. He boasts significant credentials in the TMT space but has also worked in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, distribution and retail. Some of Kaine’s notable deals have included the investment in Vein Centre by Palatine Private Equity, the sale of Vision Support Services to USA based WestPoint Home, the acquisition of Netherlands based Chargepoint by Radius Payment Solutions, the flotation of Van Elle and the investment by Germany based Chrono24 in luxury pre-owned watch platform, Xupes.

Kaine leads the global activities of M&A Worldwide in the technology sector, forging close and collaborative relationships with experts in 35 countries across 6 continents. He is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Victoria has been part of the Rickitt Mitchell team for over 20 years, she joined the firm in 1999 after spending 4 years with CLB Coopers. She takes responsiblity for the day to day running of the firm, overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution,

Victoria provides executive support to the entire team on a wide range of transactions and has also provided PA support to Paul Mitchell on a range of Non Executive board appointments including UK based international cyber security consultancy NCC Group PLC and a number of other listed and private companies.  Victoria takes an active role in the firm's research and business development and is a key part of the deal origination process.

Joe joined Rickitt Mitchell from BDO in 2021, having qualified as an ACA chartered accountant in November 2013, he made the move from Audit to Corporate Finance M&A in 2016. He enjoys advising ambitious shareholders and entrepreneurially-spirited businesses on their strategic options, including disposals, acquisitions and fundraising across a variety of sectors such as tech, manufacturing, business services and leisure & hospitality.

Joe has a particular focus on Healthcare and is a member of the M&A Worldwide Healthcare, Biotech and Pharma team.  Healthcare transactions include those within pharma Services, private pay healthcare, medical communications and care provision.

After graduating from Manchester University with an Economics degree, and prior to embarking on his accountancy career, Joe was employed by a music production company working with artists such as Noel Gallagher, The Stereophonics and Kasabian.

Charlotte joined Rickitt Mitchell in 2019 from PwC, having spent 5 years working in Core Assurance in Manchester. During her time at PwC, Charlotte worked with a range of publicly listed clients, private equity backed and privately held businesses, and travelled overseas with other international clients.

Since joining Rickitt Mitchell, Charlotte has supported clients across a range of sectors and transaction types, including private company disposals, acquisitions, debt financing and private equity investments.

James is an Economics and History Graduate from The University of Leeds. He spent a year working at a Leeds based Executive Search and Selection boutique, advising the Medical Devices and Life Sciences industries, before moving to Manchester with PwC in 2017.

Paul joined Peter Rickitt in 1981 and together they developed Rickitt Mitchell into a leading independent corporate finance boutique delivering ground breaking deals.

Paul has completed every kind of corporate finance deal as adviser to a wide range of clients over sectors as diverse as engineering, professional services, IT and airlines. As Non Executive Chairman of a number of private companies, Paul continues to create value and provide strategic guidance as a board member.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1975, Paul spent three years post qualification with Coopers & Lybrand. He joined County Bank's corporate finance department in 1978 before joining Rickitt Mitchell in 1981.
