Independent advice is given on a wide range of transactions, including company disposals, acquisitions, management buy-outs, development capital and public company transactions.

The philosophy which underlies our business is that of giving a Director led, personal service, tailored to the needs of our clients. We do not charge for initial discussions and fees payable are usually linked to the successful completion of a transaction.
