Manchester based CSR Travel specialises in arranging efficient and effective business travel for clients across the UK and in all sectors. CSR have significant expertise in managing travel and logistics for clients in the media sector, ranging from major film and television production companies to independent studios and theatre productions.
Rickitt Mitchell advised the shareholders of CSR Travel on its sale to global corporate & leisure travel company, EFR Travel Group. Owner and Managing Director of CSR Travel, Gary Shaw, will continue to play an integral role following this acqusition.
A competitive process was delivered, providing the exiting shareholders with attractive offers. Rickitt Mitchell ensured a deal was reached that benefitted all parties and maintained the CSR Travel ethos.
