Charlotte Potts joins the 6% Club Committee

The 6% Club was born from the statistic that only 6% of the professional deal-making community are female. This lack of representation, be that in private equity, corporate finance, or the legal profession, can serve as a deterrent for women to pursue a career within or progress and advance within the industry.

Charlotte joined Rickitt Mitchell in 2019 from PWC having spent 5 years working in their Core Assurance division in Manchester. Since joining Rickitt Mitchell, Charlotte has worked on a wide range of transactions and has been instrumental in guiding clients across various sectors and transaction types, including private company disposals, acquisitions, debt financing, and private equity investments.

She serves as a fantastic example of female success and growth within the industry and her appointment to The 6% Club's Committee is a testament to her dedication to advancing gender diversity in executive roles.
