Joe Powell shortlisted for Young Finance Adviser of the Year
We are delighted to announce that Joe Powell has been shortlisted for Young Finance Adviser of the Year at the North West Insider Magazine's, Young Professionals Awards.
Since joining Rickitt Mitchell in 2021 Joe has played a fundamental role in originating, advising, and leading the firm’s most high-profile transactions day-to day, with a particular specialism in healthcare and industrial deals.
He is also a highly active member of M&A Worldwide’s healthcare team where he leverages his deep understanding of the healthcare market and drivers of value in M&A transactions to work alongside an experienced team across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Joe works across a variety of transaction types, including disposals, fundraises, acquisitions and PE investments, ranging from £10m-£80m in value as well as acting as a mentor to junior staff members, encouraging and supporting their progression within the firm.
Joe’s positivity and proactive approach has proven to be a huge strength to the firm, both from a client relationship and team morale perspective.
He has invested significant time and effort in developing deep healthcare credentials in the private clinic space, which has already directly led to the appointment of the firm on a buy-side role by private equity.
He takes great pride in being a part of the thriving North West finance community and is a strong advocate for the businesses in the region who aspire to grow both within the UK and internationally.
