Managing Partner Stuart Moss has been listed in North West Business Insider's Professional Power list.
Managing Partner, Stuart Moss, has been selected as one of the 30 most influential figures across accountancy, law and private equity in North West Business Insider's Professional Power list.
During Stuart's 30-plus years' experience in providing expert corporate finance advice, he has acted on over 100 deals worth in excess of £3bn. Notable achievements include his role in helping Manchester-based global cyber security consultancy NCC Group grow from a £6m management buy out into a company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of over £1bn.
Stuart played a key role in guiding and supporting NCC Group through a period of dynamic and rapid growth. He acted as retained financial advisor to the group with a specific remit to identify and deliver acquisitions in target markets. Over a period of 16 years he supported the management team through 23 successful acquisitions.
Having joined the firm in 1988, Moss has been part of the Rickitt Mitchell team and active in the North West corporate finance market for over 30 years. In this time he has successfully provided advice to corporates, management teams, entrepreneurs and private equity houses on a range of mid-market transactions.
Rickitt Mitchell turns 40 in 2021 and is one of the longest established corporate financial advisers in the UK.
