Founded in 2019, RideTandem is a fast-growing transport technology business that provides fully managed commuting and education transport for employers and schools across the UK, from shift-based sites to office headquarters. Its services are supported by its own technology, a live operations team and a national network of independent coach, minibus and taxi operators, who also have access to RideTandem’s technology to help run their own services. The acquisition of StudentSafe, established in 2021, is a compelling acquisition and marks a significant strategic step for RideTandem as it expands into the education sector. StudentSafe's integrated technology platform and managed service offering help schools deliver safe, efficient and transparent transport solutions for pupils, creating a strong complementary fit with RideTandem's existing transport proposition.
