Rickitt Mitchell has advised Crown Flooring (the Business), the UK’s leading flooring contractor providing solutions to the public and private sectors, on its investment from High Wood Capital (High Wood), a specialist funder in the lower mid-market.

With its investment from High Wood, the founders have been able to step away from the Business with a capable senior management team stepping up to drive the Business through its next phase of growth.

The Rickitt Mitchell team of Neil Mitchell, Joe Powell and James Kidner were lead advisors to the shareholders of Crown Flooring.
